The curriculum in the master track will provide TM's with knowledge of Ruud products, Ruud product advantages and selling story, and the many selling and marketing tools that are available to contractors. TM's will be able to use this information to build and develop their current Ruud Contractor base and to recruit new contractors to the Ruud line of products.

The master track will also include a SWOT analysis, which is to be conducted with assistance from the Distributor's Ruud Sales representative.

The Master track is an essential element in the TM School and must be completed prior to progressing to the Elite track.
